Participation in local events, such as Holocaust survivor, Evan Koar's appearance at Williston State College in 2016 [See photo] reflects ACAN's primary ministry.  She spoke on 'Forgiveness.'  In the Bible it points out the Gospel for the Jewish people is essential to gentile faith.  "Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures) concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh." Romans 1:1-3  In addressing the problem of Jewish unbelief in Romans, chapter 10, Paul responded, "Did God reject His people?  By no means (Romans 11:1).  For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham."  In Romans 11:11-15 it says, "I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall?  God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.  Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles: how much more their fulness?  For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:  If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.  For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?"  This hope was not solely for readers in Paul's time, rather this hope is fixed and bears implications for the present.  In verses 25 through 27, "For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindess in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.  And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written,  'There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:  For this is my covenant until them, when I shall take away their sins."  In this context, we ought to hear Paul's warning to his Gentile readers, as set out in verses 30 through 32:  "For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:  Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.  For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all."

Conferences and interviews of dynamic people and a commentary on this biblical
narrative is pending at our up-coming events..

ACAN has researched the area for building sites for Harvest Community Center. The areas ties to historical event and people make it the perfect spot to reach out to those in need. Several strategic sites have been identified and will be considered carefully as the home of our new facility in North Dakota.

Project Narrative

North Dakota Fort Buford State Historic Site preserves remnants of a vital frontier plains military post. Fort Buford was built in 1866 near the confluence of the Missouri and Yellowstone rivers, and became a major supply depot for military field operations.

Fort Buford, located near present day Williston, was one of a number of military posts established to protect overland and river routes used by immigrants settling the West. While it served an essential role as the sentinel on the northern plains for twenty-nine
years.
