Vincent Walker

Evangelist Vincent Walker founded ACAN with a vision rooted in reconciliation, service, and strategic partnership. With a background in emergency management and community engagement in Southern California, he brings decades of leadership experience in crisis response, coordination, and faith-based community building.

As CEO, Vincent provides overall vision, partnership development, and mission alignment for ACAN’s U.S. and international initiatives.

June Brown

une Brown is the inventor and founder of the patented Apple of Your Eyes Makeup Warmer and the owner of JB Blue Print Events. With over twenty years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant, she brings strong organizational leadership and entrepreneurial vision to her work. A graduate of California State University of Long Beach and the Apostle Frederick Price Ministry Training Center, June is also a devoted faith leader and cancer survivor who encourages others to remain hopeful and resilient. She is passionate about inspiring individuals to pursue their dreams with perseverance and faith.

Ollie Wayne Harris

Robert A. C. Walker Jr. is a United States Marine Corps veteran who honorably served from 1980 to 1986, with extensive training in security and leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in security operations, policy development, and risk assessment across Southern California, he is the founder of Walker First Security Consulting and brings strategic operational oversight to the board. His expertise in organizational structure and security management strengthens ACAN’s commitment to disciplined, accountable leadership.
